Here is what you will be doing if you choose to join the team: You will be providing administrative support to the Project Management Office under the direction of project management professionals in an international environment. You will monitor and actively align with different stakeholders regarding Sample order management and coordination. You will be assuring the necessary transparency by monitoring and regular reporting of KPI’s and the budget situation in projects and the development account. You are going to update and structure Sample Processes and ensure the proper transfer of all necessary documents and information between the Project Management Office and different stakeholders. You will do reports and presentations of the samples, e.g., in product teams/sales teams; You will be the key user for various sample-related tools. You will support in creation of Guidelines. You will offer support in the training concept for relevant roles and the BBM Process Compass. You will support in creation and organization of training concepts. You will be organizing regular standardization meetings and supporting the Project Management Office in daily tasks. You are going to align the project information, standards, and processes with all stakeholders. Qualifications Who you are: You have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering-related fields. You have at least 2 years of experience in Project Management or related fields. You can work with Microsoft Excel at an advanced level. You have previous experience in Process definition and involvement in complex process management. You would be a perfect match for our team if: You have problem-solving skills.
