Summary
We are looking for a “Project Management Officer Naval & Ground Radars (f/m/d)” for the “PMO” department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.
The PMO department is a central position within the business unit responsible for the execution of integrated project planning and supporting the time controlling of projects within Naval & Ground Radars.

Your Tasks

• Ensuring the requirements for planning projects in N&G Radars in the planning tool MS Project / EPM-MUST
• Creation of evaluations, e.g. for monitoring milestones
• Support for operational excellence initiatives and support for the introduction of SAP 4 HANA
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of project and product reviews
• Creating presentations for the Divisional Business Reviews and the Radar meeting
• Support in the implementation of product demonstrations
• Methodical support in risk management and the implementation of risk management reviews
• Planning and tracking of financial resources for sales support
• Preparation, implementation and follow-up of the N&G management meeting

Your Profile

• Completed studies in communications engineering, electrical engineering or comparable
• Many years of experience in project management (PMP certification according to PMI) and in particular practical experience in project planning, monitoring & controlling
• Detailed experience with Microsoft Office, MS Project Server and SAP
• Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
• Structured, analytical and flexible way of working
• Business fluent in German and English
