Description

Project Description

The goal is to digitize the railway system and make it future-proof. This is based on equipping the track and vehicles with modern signaling and safety technology. This platform is based on the European Train Control System (ETCS) and digital interlocking systems. Building on this foundation, further technologies such as highly automated driving (ATO GoA2) and a capacity and traffic management system (CTMS) will advance digitization to improve quality and punctuality.

  • Organization and implementation of the onboarding/offboarding of project staff.
  • Preparation and follow-up of cross-functional meetings and workshops (especially all regular meetings arising in the SAFe® context, including PI planning).
  • Maintenance of group mailboxes and calendars.
  • Supporting the Scrum Master / Team Coaches in maintaining and managing the documentation platforms (Confluence and MS SharePoint) as well as the use of project management tools (Jira), including support in measuring project progress to create transparency.
  • Maintaining the project participant list and managing access permissions for Confluence, MS SharePoint, Jira and MS Teams.
