As we continue to grow and expand our services, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Minimum of one year of experience in project management, preferably in a consultancy or SaaS environment;
- You work meticulously and precisely;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent at writing concise English;
- Sometimes we experience peaks of many projects starting at the same time. In these moments, not all internal stakeholders can get what they want, when they need it. In these circumstances, you remain clear and friendly, and you keep looking for creative solutions.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Prepare staffing of delivery teams, given client contracts and requirements, skills, availability and other ongoing projects. Ensure the resource planning for future projects is accurate and actionable;
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, team managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure predictability through clear communication and alignment on staffing status and potential alternatives;
- Project administration management: Monitor ongoing project budgets, ensuring that all financial resources are utilized effectively and efficiently.
- Reporting & Documentation: Ensuring the correctness of our planning and project systems to allow for detailed reporting.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements within project management practices and contribute to the enhancement of our PMO methodologies
