Role Overviewseeking a highly experienced and mature PMO Lead to support strategic transformation initiatives across business and technology portfolios. The successful candidate will serve as the trusted governance partner to Programme Directors, Delivery Leads, Business Sponsors, and Executive Stakeholders, ensuring effective planning, financial management, risk governance, regulatory compliance, and delivery assurance.The role requires a seasoned professional with strong executive presence, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive governance in a complex, highly regulated environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPortfolio & Programme GovernanceEstablish and maintain programme governance frameworks aligned with HSBC standards.
• Drive governance forums, Steering Committees, Executive Reviews, and Portfolio Boards.
• Ensure adherence to programme delivery methodologies, controls, and quality standards.
• Provide independent challenge and assurance to programme teams regarding scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and financials.
• Produce executive-level dashboards and reports for senior management.
