• Assisting with client-facing reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
• Providing correct and detailed information towards the stakeholders

Must haves:

• Proven experience in project management and PMO practices
• Strong ability to analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
• Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas) or Power Bi
• Presentation skills in one of the tools: Power Point advanced , Miro, Whiteboard
• Working efficiently with project managers and team members

Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of Agile/ Waterfall Methodologies

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
