• Guide Project Management Excellence - share your expertise in project governance, portfolio management, and PMO optimization to drive best practices
• Craft tailored PMO frameworks - design and implement PMO frameworks that align with client and project needs, ensuring strategic objectives are met
• Engage with Senior Stakeholders - collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to analyze project performance and deliver actionable insights
• Boost efficiency and reporting - Enhance project efficiency, governance, and reporting through strategic analysis and recommendations
• Assisting with client-facing reports, dashboards, and meeting minutes
• Providing correct and detailed information towards the stakeholders

Qualifications

Must haves:

• Proven experience in project management and PMO practices
• Strong ability to analyze project performance and identify areas for improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders
• Project Management Tools: Jira, Confluence, Sharepoint
• Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, charts, basic formulas) or Power Bi
• Presentation skills in one of the tools: Power Point advanced , Miro, Whiteboard
• Working efficiently with project managers and team members

Nice-to-haves: Knowledge of Agile/ Waterfall Methodologies

Things to know before departure:

• Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
• Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
• Employment contract: Unlimited

• Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (B2-C1) & English (B2)
• Flexibility & willingness to travel
• Other: a valid work permit
