Job Description Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking Monitor project milestones, KPIs, risks, and issues Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and governance standards Coordinate with project managers and cross-functional teams Maintain accurate project documentation and records Support continuous improvement of PMO tools and reporting practices Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering or any relevant discipline Basic understanding of project management and PMO functions Strong analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus) Additional Information Communications & Presentation Skills Quality Consciousness Attention to Details Problem Solving & Decision Making Results Orientation Planning and organizing with time management Relationship Management We are committed to equal treatment of candidates and promote, as well as foster all forms of diversity within our company.
