Your New Role: We are looking for a Senior Consultant/ Manager to support the continued development of Ramboll’s related Project Management process and products. You will be a key driver in building excellence within select processes and training in project management, ensuring our client-facing project teams have the right tools, governance, and mindset to deliver outstanding projects for our clients. In this role, you will be part of an international team based in Copenhagen, collaborating with operations teams within our 7 Global Areas—Buildings, Transport, Energy, Environment & Health, Water, Architecture & Landscape, and Management Consulting—across Europe, the Americas, Asia, and the Pacific. Our team includes strong capabilities within process management for other operational processes as well as experts in UX and enablement. You will join Ramboll’s Global Operational Excellence function, you will work closely with other Group Enabling Functions and be working closely with our team of business consultants and product delivery teams. Your Key Responsibilities: As our new Senior Consultant/Manager and Process & Product Owner, you will work with: Process and Product Optimization – Streamline and improve select project management processes and related products & systems, enhancing clarity and efficiency. AI-Driven Technology Enablement – Support the integration of AI solutions to optimize project management tools and processes. Collaborate with Tech and stakeholders to test and implement innovative technologies that enhance project workflows. Upskilling and Training – Contribute to the upskilling and training of Project Managers, Process Owners, and SteerCo chairs. Help shape and deliver training programs, using AI where relevant to create adaptive learning paths. Project Governance and Risk Management – Support governance structures and processes that ensure efficient risk mitigation, enabling proactive and informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Project Delivery Models – Help maintain and refine Ramboll’s project delivery models, ensuring they stay aligned with organizational goals and best practices. Act as a connector and influencer—collaborate across process areas such as HSSEQ, Legal, Finance, IT, Clients & Sales and Compliance to ensure requirements are supported seamlessly. Bring people together—work with our Process Adoption Leads across our global business areas to ensure adoption and engagement. What You Bring: Experience in project management processes and governance frameworks, ideally from an AEC, consulting, or similar professional services environment. Familiarity with process optimization and digital enablement, with exposure to AI or automation seen as an advantage. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to simplify and improve workflows. Experience in training, facilitation, or supporting adoption of processes and tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, confident working with diverse teams. A relevant degree in engineering, business, or a related field; project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is an advantage.
