POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic professional to support the Business Management function within the Single-Family Business Transformation & Borrower Strategy organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of operational excellence, strategic alignment, and employee engagement.

QUALIFICATIONS & PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • 2-4 years of related work experience in program management
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
  • Project management skills and experience
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and build credibility with business areas, hiring managers, and candidates
  • Comfortable presenting to executives and leading events in front of large audiences (500+).
  • A people person who enjoys engaging with others, whether one-on-one or in large group settings.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence across all levels.
  • Experience or familiarity with the mortgage, finance, technology, or real estate industries is a plus.

In this role, you will lead and support initiatives that enhance communication, culture, and operational excellence. You will be expected to:

  • Solve complex problems and independently drive initiatives to completion.
  • Maintain and leverage data to craft updates that reflect progress and impact.
  • Coordinate internal events and town halls, shaping content and logistics to foster connection, visibility, and engagement across the organization.
  • Develop and update presentations and additional necessary documentation including dashboards for division EVP.
  • Represent the organization in key meetings and serve as a liaison across infrastructure areas.
  • Work with the Communications department on Single-Family wide newsletters and announcements.
  • Plan and execute recognition programs and culture-building activities.
  • Own the Mortgage Banking Association’s AMP Training Cohort Program.
  • Collect and analyze engagement data to inform strategies and measure success.
  • Execute and manager SFA employee engagement plan.
  • Coordinate and execute division mentor program (experienced employees and college hires).
  • Lead and coordinate Single-Family specific college hire monthly learning and development.
  • Lead communication efforts and outreach to business areas, managers, and college hires.
  • Coordinate with HR and Recruiting on college hire allocation intake and intern return offer process.
  • Define and detail the department budget and divisional learning and development budget
