On behalf of our technology client, Procom is searching for a Project Management Professional HCM - Junior for a contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL HCM - JUNIOR - JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position will support the HCM stream on the Enterprise Commons Project, which involves the implementation of 10 different modules. The role includes managing project management life cycle aspects and collaborating with stakeholders for successful project execution.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL HCM - JUNIOR - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • Demonstrated project management experience, including managing multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite applications, Google Sheets, and Docs.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and standards.
  • Degree or Professional Certification.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL HCM - JUNIOR – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • HCM knowledge and experience.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, Sodales, Workforce Scheduling, and other HCM modules.
  • Project Management designation.
  • PROSCI certification for change management roles.
Responsibilities
  • Manage all project management life cycle aspects, including scoping, resource assignment, planning, tracking, and reporting.
  • Develop project charters and business/project plans, considering suitable approaches for each project.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide recommendations on resource requirements, dependencies, and policy implications.
  • Package and present project deliverables to various internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects, resources, and governance.
  • Ensure effective project communication and escalation of risks.
  • Develop project organization structures with defined roles and responsibilities.
