Job Title Project Management Senior Specialist [Hospitality & Travel] Summary In this role, you will contribute to the successful onboarding of ACRS customers by establishing and maintaining project governance frameworks, managing project documentation, and tracking budgets, milestones, and progress. The APS Enterprise Program Services – ACRS Implementation department is part of the rapidly growing Hospitality division within Amadeus. Our mission is to onboard customers onto ACRS, ensuring smooth transitions, consistent quality, and scalable execution across all delivery programs. You will help develop integrated project plans and facilitate coordination between Test, Deployment, Implementation streams, R&D, Product, Partners and customer teams to ensure clear alignment and efficient execution. As your experience and domain knowledge grows, you will have the opportunity to expand your expertise into test management, deployment, or even implementation, to support ACRS onboarding of mid-market customers. Main responsibilities: Demonstrate knowledge within project and program delivery. Serve as a reference point for colleagues and supports less experienced team members when needed. Anticipate dependencies, risks, and impacts in complex delivery environments. Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and drives improvements in processes and practices. Operate independently with guidance in the most complex scenarios and be accountable for delivering on commitments. Establish and maintain project governance standards, processes, and tools that support consistent ACRS implementations. Manage project documentation, reporting systems, financial tracking, risk logs, and change controls to ensure transparency and control. Consolidate progress updates and performance data to support clear communication and informed decision-making by stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings and alignment across Test Management, Deployment, Implementation, R&D, Product, Partners and customer teams. Oversee SharePoint and other collaboration platforms to ensure effective information sharing and document management. Develop training materials and provide guidance to support the adoption of project management practices and tools. Proactively identify and address risks, issues, and interdependencies to keep projects on track. Participate in communities of practice to share knowledge, contribute to continuous improvement, and build capability across the team. About the ideal candidate: 3+ years of professional experience in project management, PMO, or related operational roles. Experience and exposure to complex program or implementation environments within hospitality or travel industry [MUST] Solid understanding of project management principles; PMP, ACP, or equivalent certification is a plus. Exposure to measurement, analysis, and process improvement approaches. Previous experience in implementation, combined with an interest in expanding into project management while maintaining a strong focus on understanding both functional and technical aspects, is highly desirable. Highly organized, autonomous, and proactive in managing multiple priorities. Strong analytical and conceptual thinking. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
