Responsibilities

Develop and Implement PMA Solutions: Collaborate with suppliers and internal engineering teams to develop FAA-approved PMA and Alternate Part Solutions for bearings and components.
Cost Analysis and Business Growth: Identify and analyze cost-saving opportunities through alternate material approvals and reliability enhancements.
Supply Chain Forecasting: Use forecasting tools to track and analyze future alternate material usage and spending.
Documentation and Compliance: Ensure FAA-approved alternate parts are properly documented and incorporated into technical manuals and maintenance procedures.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, supply chain, and inventory planning teams to address aircraft reliability issues.
Financial Management: Lead financial aspects related to PMA & FAA DER RS projects, including cost analysis, budgeting, and supplier contract management.
Project Management: Manage project timelines, milestones, and communication with DERs, suppliers, and FAA representatives.
Performance Reporting: Build and present performance and savings reports to senior leadership
