Job Description
Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to join our Program Management Operations (“PMO Ops”) team supporting across the Managed Parts portfolio of Exchange Programs. The portfolio of programs includes Component Services Programs, Landing Gear Exchange, and AeroStructures programs which are all critical services for our commercial airline customers to minimize downtime for maintenance and keep our customer fleets flying in Seattle, WA.
The PMO Ops team is focused on improving the business and growing the business executing on strategic initiatives to enable sustainable growth. We support a variety of projects and programs, including systems implementations, process improvements, data visualization, and business development and growth initiatives, as well as leading the implementation of project management best practices across the organization.

The Program Management Office is split between Seattle, WA and Plano, TX with cross-functional teams around the globe.
This role will operate in a fast-paced dynamic global environment and support across the entire Managed Programs portfolio of Exchange programs and will have responsibility for a variety of projects ranging from leading large scale complex projects to smaller quick win process improvement projects.
Strong communication and organizational skills are critical to success in this position, along with the ability to build strong relationships, collaborate in a cross-functional environment, and utilize problem-solving skills to proactively identify and manage risks and opportunities. This is a unique opportunity to work on a high performing global team supporting our aftermarket exchange programs.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options: Seattle, WA.
