Role and Responsibilities:   Project Planning * Organize PCT (Project Core Team) * Set project target including development timing, cost, specification * Manage customer requirement (compliance matrix) * Lessons learned and potential issue & risk assessment Project Execution Management * WBS & Gate review, deliverables of each development phase * Manage development quality process (APQP) * Industrialization and Production ramp-up timing plan * Manage SCM (supply chain management) and Cost * Resource management: PCT member, validation equipment, Proto-line * Quality management for proto sample and mass production * Change management including communication with customer * Issue & Risk management and escalation to executives. * Communication with customer for project specific issue including workshop, audit, on site visit. New OEM Audit for Nomination * POT (Potential Analysis) audit preparation for future OEM customer. * Prepare development and change management process for the audit. * Manage proposal and communication with customer. * Other tasks as assigned. Skill and Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical and Chemical or related field. * At least 2 - 6 years of relevant experience Required: * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Preferred: * Experience in battery or automotive industry with project management or quality management. * Physical & Mental Demand: Must be able to sit , stand, walk and climb stair for prolonged period of time * English / Korean bi-lingual (verbal, written, etc.)
