THE OPPORTUNITY:

IntePros Federal is seeking a Project Management Strategist.

Clearance:

  • Required: TOP SECRET or DOE Q Clearance

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Strong understanding of It concepts, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity and enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
  • Ability to translate technical details into business language and vice versa.
  • Experience managing large-scale IT programs with multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in program management frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe).
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams (developers, architects, QA, business analysts).
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including working with executives, clients, and technical teams.
  • Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities under pressure.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Ability to communicate complex IT issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong presentation and reporting skills (status reports, executive briefings).
  • Understanding of business objectives and how IT programs align with corporate strategy.
  • Ability to drive innovation and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in change management to ensure smooth adoption of new technologies.
  • Openness to new technologies, tools, and industry trends (AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
  • Willingness to continuously improve processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic IT environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • Ability to manage budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • Ability to identify and drive program growth opportunities, including upselling and expanding scope.
  • Experience in developing business cases for additional funding and investment.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to identify new opportunities within existing contracts.
  • Strong customer relationship management skills to enhance retention and renewal rates.
