ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Management Trainer to deliver our Project Management Skills Bootcamp, which prepares learners for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam. This programme is funded by Brighton & Hove City Council and attracts a mix of unemployed, employed, and self-employed participants seeking to upskill and progress in their careers.
The trainer will deliver high quality teaching and learning, covering core project management principles, PRINCE2 methodologies, and wider employability skills. Knowledge and application of Agile project management practices would be an advantage, as we aim to expose learners to a blend of traditional and modern approaches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver engaging, interactive training sessions aligned to PRINCE2 Foundation standards.
  • Support learners to develop practical project management skills, including stakeholder management, agile principles, change management, and presentation skills.
  • Prepare learners for the PRINCE2 Foundation exam through structured teaching, practice activities, and exam preparation support.
  • Introduce learners to Agile principles and practices and show how these complement PRINCE2.
  • Embed employability skills and support learners in applying their new skills to real world contexts.
  • Work collaboratively with the Bootcamp Lead to ensure smooth delivery and learner progression.
  • Contribute to assessment, feedback, and learner support in line with Ofsted and DfE standards.
