Description:

The Talent Development team is responsible for creating strategic people initiatives & processes across all stages of the employee lifecycle for all regions. They partner with our leaders & People Directors/Business Partners, advising on topics of employee engagement, leadership development and talent management. From optimizing onboarding processes, identifying and providing learning and development opportunities for employees, as well as leadership development for Emarsys managers and leaders, to addressing employee feedback via engagement surveys, enabling managers and employees to set and manage individual goals that connect to the overall company success, and identifying strategies to retain our key talent. The team is well connected to SAP and is focused on enabling employees to access the vast resources at SAP.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Talent Development team to deliver key activities such as:
  • Employee survey: help with employee data reporting and analysis of survey data and help to coordinate follow-up activities
  • Performance Management: Support people teams with Performance Management and Goal Setting process in SAP SuccessFactors, help documenting enablement material as well providing reports and analysis of data
  • Employee Onboarding: support administration of our Learning Management Systems and keep content up to date, as well as various elements of the Employee & Manager Onboarding process.
  • Leadership Development: use specific tools to describe learning journeys; coordinate leadership sessions (incl. communications & reportings)
  • SharePoint: Setting up and maintaining our HR related SharePoint pages and support with the overall communications within our global company
  • Promote available Learning: help employees to navigate through our existing learning resources & provide quarterly recommendations
  • Support with ad-hoc projects within our HR organization
