Aureol Global Connections is in search of a dedicated and skilled Project Manager to join our team. In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, timelines, and budget constraints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your expertise will be paramount in driving project success and delivering exceptional results at Aureol Global Connections. Responsibilities Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals. Lead project teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring collaboration and effective communication. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as needed. Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges with stakeholders effectively. Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices. Facilitate project meetings, providing clear direction and actionable insights. Oversee procurement and resource management to support project needs. Bachelor's degree in project management, business administration, engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools. Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Superior communication and interpersonal skills. Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or similar tools). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
