Project Manager II

Pacific Mobile is looking for a dynamic and versatile individual to become an integral part of our construction management team. Our team is a tight-knit group; that manages $100 million worth of construction projects in Texas, California, Arizona, Washington, Oregon, and Idaho. Our projects are fast-paced, and we rely on each other to complete the project professionally and on budget.
These projects range from the placement of a standard stock building to a complete turnkey permanent modular construction project. Your role will be to oversee the construction project from start to finish. Responsibilities include overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, change order management, project schedules, site inspections, and project close-out documentation. We are seeking an individual who can provide direction to customers, subcontractors, inspectors, and in-house staff to ensure compliance with quality standards. This role is directly responsible for ensuring project objectives and performance requirements.
Salary: $85,000 - $95,000 DOE
