JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing the complete life cycle of straight-forward to moderately complex projects, including approval, planning, execution and We are seeking a skilled and proactive Project Manager 2 to lead and manage the full lifecycle of projects ranging from straightforward to moderately complex. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, independent judgment, and a collaborative mindset to drive successful project outcomes.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPM2 Certification (Certified Project Manager Level 2).
  • Proven end-to-end project management experience, from initiation through closeout.
  • Working knowledge of Metro-Ethernet technologies and deployment.
  • Experience with Advanced Voice solutions and infrastructure.
  • Strong background in the telecommunications industry, including vendor coordination and cross-functional team leadership.

Bachelor’s Degree

  • Apply formal project management processes and tools to oversee resources, budgets, risks, and change management.

  • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans, action item registers, and milestone timelines.

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders; provide status reports to project managers, vendors, and team members.

  • Address challenges through risk management and contingency planning; present solutions and options to executive leadership.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
