In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of enhancing processes, driving system improvements, and ensuring our global operations meet the highest standards of regulatory compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO).
  • At least 5 years of direct project management experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably Medical Device.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing key projects within our Quality Systems Team. You will ensure the successful execution of initiatives aimed at improving processes, enhancing system performance, and ensuring compliance with both internal and external regulatory standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-impact projects within established timelines, resources and budgets
  • Work closely with internal/external stakeholders to define business case, project goals, objectives, and performance metrics, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Manage project risks and proactively address challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including vendors, to ensure seamless integration of processes and systems.
  • Drive process improvements and system optimizations that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Develop and manage project documentation, reports, and presentations for key stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
