Description

Your responsibilities * Manage medium to large projects using Agile/Scrum or other methodologies. * Commit in project success and people development. * Manage the relationship successfully with the client and/ or onshore managers and all stakeholders through excellent communication. * Plan, monitor, calibrate, and report the pace for delivery and motivate teams to succeed. * Plan, monitor, report progress, performance, budget, quality, and risk. * Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and project costs. * Participate in project estimation and bidding phase when needed. Your qualifications * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System. * At least 8 years of overall experience in software development. * At least 2 years of proven experience in managing teams and/ or projects. * Good at project management, people management, and leadership. * Proficient communication skills in English and good presentation skills. * Able to learn and adapt to specific contexts, ELCA way of work, and culture.
