3E Power Services Ltd. is a turn-key electrical solutions provider, offering in-house engineering, fabrication, and an extensive equipment inventory to support our projects from design to installation. The Manager, Project Delivery and Process Improvement is a key leadership role responsible for enhancing the overall effectiveness of project delivery at 3E Power Services Ltd. This role combines hands-on project coordination with strategic process improvement to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with client expectations.
This individual will work closely with Field Project Managers, the Senior Manager Estimating and Business Development, Purchasing, and the Operations Coordinator to monitor ongoing work, allocate resources, and streamline internal processes. A central focus of the role is identifying and implementing best practices and standardized procedures across the business to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve project profitability
