THE ROLE This role manages the delivery of project activities across Statewide Pathology Service. Ensures project outputs and outcomes are aligned with Agency policies, procedures, core business functions and relevant legislation. Specifically, and in consultation with the Executive Director – Statewide Pathology, this role will: * Identify issues and drive change in policies, procedures, systems and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness the Statewide Pathology Service. * Support the Statewide Pathology Service to identify and understand business issues and requirements and implement process improvement activities to achieve strategic goals. * Work with the Executive Director – Statewide Pathology and Pathology leads to identify and manage improvement opportunities and implement positive change that improves the service Pathology provides. DETAILS OF APPOINTMENT Fixed term full time, day worker position, working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing from as soon as possible until 20 January 2027.
