What will you do? Responsible for execution of project management activities and scrum practices. You will work closely with product owners, engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver cybersecurity software solutions for the maritime sector. What are we looking for? Plan, coordinate, and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, ensuring delivery milestones are met. Engage and coordinate with cross-functional teams, resolving conflicts, and ensuring timely decision-making throughout the project lifecycle and escalate blockers early when needed. Facilitate scrum ceremonies (such as sprint planning, daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint review, retrospective) and ensure they are outcome-driven and time-boxed. Work with product owner(s) to develop and maintain a prioritised product backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with maritime security objectives and regulations. Drive scrum practices for end-to-end delivery: create and refine story backlog, manage scrum boards, plan sprints, track sprint progress,managespillovers,andensure tickets are updated accurately and promptly, using a suitable Agile tool. Establish and maintain clear team working agreements (cadence, estimation approach, refinement standards, branching/release alignment where applicable). Monitor project delivery health and drive actionable improvements via retrospectives. Provide transparent and regular updates to stakeholders (status, risks, dependencies, decisions required) and help manage change to minimise disruption to the team. What do we offer in return?
