We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee various projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with our strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies.

SKILLS

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall approaches.
• Experience in Data Modernization and Data Analytics projects.
• Additional required experience includes at least two years of contract management and at least three years of grant management.
• Excellent data analysis skills for informed decision-making and performance evaluation.
• Ability to develop programs that drive organizational success through strategic planning.
• Competence in product management to align projects with market needs and business goals.
• Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team motivation and engagement.
