As part of our high-impact Project Team, reporting to the Head of Projects, you’ll lead or support projects that are as fast-moving as our business. From process mapping to stakeholder management, this role is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, proactive, and thrives on collaboration.
Manage multiple tech and business projects across the full lifecycle - from discovery to post-launch
Run meetings, workshops, and stakeholder WIPs with confidence
Create documentation that keeps things moving - business cases, status updates, risk plans, and more
Work closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver seamless project outcomes
Adapt quickly and pivot as needed - because retail never stands still
5+ years of end-to-end project delivery experience (ideally in Retail or Tech)
Ability to juggle multiple fast-moving projects with changing priorities
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills
A solutions-focused mindset and a real “Make it Happen” attitude
Experience working without a dedicated BA - you’re comfortable rolling up your sleeves
