Description

At Mobikasa, client relationships are our top priority. We’re looking for a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive for providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for the project directly handled and be available to support other clients as needed.
  • Manage projects, co-ordinate and get it developed by the off-shore team.
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Work with sales and other internal teams to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure KPIs are being met.
  • Act as a pre-sales manager for new opportunities. Meet up with clients in person as needed.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Should have more than 5 years experience leading ecommerce websites / web / mobile applications as a project manager or account manager
  • Having experience as a business development manager or a technical background is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
    Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
    Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

  • Job location is 100% remote but we would like someone close to the NY area as we have a lot of clientele in this area and would like you to meet up with them in person as needed. Also, depending on the new opportunites we might request you to travel and meet potential clients. Works ?
