• Plan & Execute Projects: Lead equipment upgrades, facility repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with production, QA, and supply chain to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure Compliance & Safety: Maintain adherence to food safety (FDA, HACCP, GMPs) and OSHA regulations.
