Job Description

Strengthen delivery capacity on a 24-month government AI program in Dubai. You run assigned workstreams and use-case waves inside the AI Program Management Office, track a system integrator's delivery against accepted designs, and manage acceptance, defects, and rework. This role starts on client activation: shortlisted candidates receive a confirmed start date once the client confirms. Full time, onsite at the client's premises in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and run assigned workstreams or use-case waves, from design gate through UAT to release

Track system integrator delivery against accepted designs; manage acceptance, defects, and rework

Maintain workstream plans, RAID entries, and progress reporting into the PMO rhythm

Coordinate across architecture, security, change, and analysis so gates are met on schedule

Deputize for the AI Program Manager in delivery meetings when required

Desired Candidate Profile

PMP certification (required); PRINCE2 or Agile certifications are an advantage

8+ years of project management on technology projects, with 2+ years on AI, data, or automation deliveries

Experience managing vendor deliveries against fixed scopes and acceptance criteria

Project planning, dependency management, and progress tracking across parallel workstreams

Vendor and deliverable management: acceptance tracking, defect and change control

Reporting discipline: status packs, dashboards, escalation notes

Strong written English; professional Arabic is an advantage
