Job Title: Project Manager Experience Required: 8+ Years.Location- VimanNagar Pune.Work From Office (Monday-Friday) (No Cabs Services). Role Overview The Project Manager will lead large-scale, cross-functional and cross-departmental transformation initiatives across the organization. The role requires strong project and change management expertise, hands-on experience managing large teams (150–200+ people), deep process understanding across multiple functions, and the ability to work with international stakeholders and clients. The individual will drive process improvements, governance, people adoption, and measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities 1. Enterprise Project Management Lead and deliver strategic projects across multiple departments and business functions (not limited to Supply Chain, Store Operations, Sales Excellence, Finance) Own the end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure including planning, execution, reporting, and handover Manage complex interdependencies across teams, processes, and geographies Independently lead assigned programs/workstreams and deliver outcomes Conduct detailed process research, gap analysis, and solution design 2. Change Management & Transformation Drive end-to-end change management across pre-project, project, and post-project phases Design and execute change strategies aligned to enterprise goals and cultural context Build and present business cases for change Localize global change strategies, roadmaps, and plans for regional execution Drive adoption, sustainability, and benefit realization across functions Run global and regional cadences to track progress, risks, and adoption 3. People Leadership & Team Management Directly and indirectly manage large teams of 150–200+ employees across functions and roles Lead teams comprising multiple roles (operations, quality, process, analytics, support, change) Coach, mentor, and guide team members and people managers Drive performance management, capacity planning, and resource continuity Build strong collaboration across leadership, frontline teams, and support functions 4. Process Ownership & Improvement Work hands-on with end-to-end business processes across departments Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities Lead process improvement initiatives using Lean / Six Sigma / continuous improvement approaches Standardize and document processes (SOPs, playbooks, workflows, RACI) Ensure process compliance, scalability, and sustainability 5. Stakeholder & Client Management Engage with international clients and global stakeholders across regions Partner with senior leaders, SMEs, and business owners to drive alignment and ownership Facilitate workshops to simplify, standardize, and optimize processes Identify early adopters and resistance points and plan targeted engagement strategies Drive steering committees and executive reviews 6. Governance & Risk Management Establish strong project and program governance frameworks Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies across workstreams Proactively identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery, adoption, or timelines Ensure alignment with organizational strategy and compliance requirements 7. Communication, Reporting & Documentation Create and maintain high-quality documentation including project plans, SOPs, process maps, change plans, and training material Design and execute communication and training strategies using digital tools Define and track KPIs for project performance and user adoption Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational and customer issues Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior leadership and clients Key Competencies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability to manage large teams and complex stakeholder environments Hands-on mindset with strategic thinking capability Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills Deep understanding of multiple business processes and roles Resilience and adaptability in fast-changing environments Result-oriented with strong people focus Qualifications/Experience 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, or Transformation roles Proven experience handling large teams (150–200+ people) Exposure to multiple roles and functions, not limited to a single domain Experience working with international clients and global programs.
