We’re looking for a talented Project Manager to join our UK HoP team. In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage projects – Oversee security systems projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery
  • Coordinate project execution – Manage planning, design, procurement, installation, and commissioning of electronic security solutions
  • Ensure performance and communication – Handle multiple projects efficiently while maintaining strong communication across teams and stakeholders
Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

In addition to the above, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and manage all phases of electronic security systems projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and close-out.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, technicians, engineers, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of systems such as CCTV, access control, and integrated solutions.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining compliance with safety and industry standards.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including detailed plans, reports, system configurations, and change controls.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections, ensuring quality control and adherence to technical specifications.
  • Identify risks early and implement effective mitigation strategies to maintain service delivery standards.
  • Support sales and pre-sales activities, pursue ongoing professional development, and undertake additional responsibilities as needed.

  • 5–10 years of project management experience within the security industry, with relevant qualifications essential
  • Proven knowledge of security technologies and integrated systems, plus the ability to read and interpret construction and electrical drawings
  • Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to delivering quality outcomes
  • Expertise in budgeting, cost control, and financial oversight of projects
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to continuously learn and grow within the industr
