Responsibilities:

  • Project management and governance, ensuring performance and fulfilment of contractual obligations by appointed vendors.
  • Product and technical support for a web-based online system which include:
  • Operational support including investigating and replying to user queries
  • Work with the appointed Solutions Architect and vendors to discover and propose appropriate solutions for prioritised issues
  • Manage, review, and oversee compliance of systems and vendors with the policies, security advisories, vulnerabilities, and relevant Government Instruction Manual requirements
  • Review test cases, conduct functional testing, and accept enhancements and other development work assigned to vendors.
  • Internal stakeholder alignment and approval of proposed changes to a web-based online system.
  • Coordination of audit reviews and other mandatory IT security tests required
  • Compliance with relevant policies and guidelines, such as IM8.
  • This includes proposing, seeking approval, and executing plan(s) to close compliance gaps and regular reporting of progress against committed deliverables.
  • Identify, communicate, and surface changes both within and outside the system, that could have an impact on the functionality, performance, and/or security of the system.
  • Review of existing vendor contracts to streamline procurement process and cost of enhancements
  • Support of ancillary product tasks for a web-based online system including:
  • Contract and project administration such as: onboarding and offboarding of vendor staff, account & access review, raising of service requests.
  • Tracking and reporting of system usage statistics
  • Incident reporting, troubleshooting, coordination and escalation to infrastructure teams where necessary, testing and verification of fixes, associated stakeholder communication, and closing of tickets.
  • Stakeholder management: arranging meetings, writing minutes.
  • Research and support of experiments with new technologies / tools to improve existing a web-based online system product offerings.
  • Coordinate with other project teams and support othe projects that may have an impact on a web-based online system the data collected by these applications, or the functionality intended to be performed by these applications.
