JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role: As a Project Manager in the CAPEX Centre of Excellence, you will oversee projects focused on the enhancement and modernization of production processes. These projects involve technical innovations and quality improvements, driven by internal ideas, best practices from other ADM Centers of Excellence, regulatory changes (SHEQ), and advancements from equipment suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification preferred.
Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, specifically in food/feed industry or related fields.
Strong analytical skills, business insight, and a proactive approach to initiating improvement projects.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle stress, demonstrate flexibility, and maintain a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., MS suite, MS Project,).
Proficiency in English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
