Kraemer Brothers, LLC has an immediate opening for a Project Manager Administrative Assistant. This position will provide general project support to multiple Project Managers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-Data entry for proposals, contracts, bids, etc.
-Prepare and maintain contract, plan and change order logs
-Exhibit professional communications with subcontractors, owners, and architects via email, phone, and fax.
-Miscellaneous office duties such as shredding, collating, filing, copying,etc.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
-Able to type accurately and proficiently
-Knowledgeable in standard office equipment
-Experience with software programs that require data entry and software navigation
-Ability to multitask and prioritize without direct supervision
-Detail oriented
-Manage information in a confidential and professional manner
-General knowledge of construction terms and procedures is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
-Sit for long period of time
-Stand, bend, and move about the facility
-Able to occasionally lift boxes and plans up to 35 lbs
Hourly rate varies based on qualifications and experience.
