Opis stanowiska We seek a Project Manager to manage multidisciplinary projects, driving delivery to scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will coordinate project tasks, support client engagement, manage risks and change, and collaborate with senior project leadership to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day project delivery: develop task plans, track progress, update schedules, and report performance. • Maintain scope, schedule, cost, and change control for assigned work packages; prepare accurate forecasts and status dashboards. • Coordinate internal disciplines and subconsultants; schedule meetings, document decisions, and follow through on actions. • Manage client engagement: prepare meeting materials, facilitate decision-making, communicate progress, resolve issues. • Identify and mitigate risks; maintain registers, action plans, and escalation paths. • Ensure compliance with quality and HSE requirements; apply lessons learned and continuous improvement practices. • Oversee procurement strategy, contract administration, invoices, and claims/variations. • Prepare and deliver high-quality project documentation, deliverables trackers, progress reports. • Support business development: contribute to proposals, scopes, schedules, and pricing; participate in interviews. • Mentor junior staff and promote a collaborative, inclusive, high-performance team culture. Kwalifikacje Key Skills & Competencies • Project delivery: track record managing workstreams or small-to-medium projects with competing priorities. • Planning and controls: proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6; strong grasp of baselines, KPIs, and earned value basics. • Commercial awareness: understanding of contracts, change management, and cost control principles. • Risk and issue management: structured identification, analysis, and mitigation with clear ownership. • Stakeholder management: clear communicator with strong meeting facilitation and reporting skills. • Technical coordination: ability to navigate design, permitting, procurement, and construction interfaces. • Quality and HSE: consistent application of management systems and safety-by-design mindset. • Digital fluency: adept with collaboration tools and data/reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI). • Adaptability: thrives in dynamic environments and responds effectively to change. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or related field (Master’s a plus). • 5–8+ years of progressive project management or project engineering experience in infrastructure or buildings programs. • Professional certifications advantageous. • Experience supporting or managing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. • Familiarity with public and/or private sector delivery models and local permitting processes.
