Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Project Manager with 12+ years of experience, specializing in airport infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale airport construction and development projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. This role demands strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise in airport construction. Job Responsibilities · Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. · Oversee the end-to-end execution of airport infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. · Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. · Foster effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure smooth progress. · Lead multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, architects, contractors, and consultants. · Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the project team. · Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with approved plans. · Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive risk management. · Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients. · Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and financial records. · Ensure all project activities comply with local, national, and international regulations, as well as airport-specific guidelines.
