Job Description Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee multiple large-scale preferred aviation terminal building projects across Pan India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects, ensuring successful delivery while meeting quality, budget, and timeline objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee the end-to-end execution of aviation terminal building projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational goals. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams. Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders to address project challenges and ensure smooth progress. Lead multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence within the project team. Implement robust quality control measures to ensure that project deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress and adherence to quality benchmarks. Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial performance aligns with approved plans. Identify and mitigate potential cost overruns through proactive risk management. Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards. Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and financial records. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Project Management or Construction Management is preferred. Minimum 12+ years of experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with at least 5 years in aviation terminal building projects Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Additional Information Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). In-depth knowledge of aviation terminal design, construction processes, and industry standards. Familiarity with advanced project management tools and software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project, BIM).
