Position Summary: EES is seeking Project Managers – Agile at the Journeyman, Senior, and SME levels to lead backlog management, stakeholder engagement, and agile execution across FAA modernization initiatives. These roles ensure that efforts remain prioritized, collaborative, and aligned with FAA goals.

Qualifications:

• Journeyman:
• Education: BS/BA
• Experience: 5–7 years
• Senior:
• Education: BS/BA
• Experience: 8–11 years

• Lead agile execution across FAA BNATCS workstreams
• Manage product backlogs and prioritize tasks based on stakeholder input
• Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Ensure alignment of project goals with FAA modernization objectives
• Coordinate with engineering, cybersecurity, and operations teams
• Monitor progress and report on key performance indicator
