Coordinate across Engineering, Project Coordinators, Distribution, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution and timely material and equipment delivery. Manage customer and subcontractor relationships, including negotiation of terms, variations, and resolving issues to minimise delays and maintain professional partnerships. Oversee project controls—dates, budgets, orders, costs, and system updates (e.g., NetSuite)—to maintain accurate project status, forecasts, and compliance with internal processes. Engage and performance‑manage installation contractors and suppliers to ensure high‑quality, cost‑efficient delivery and strong safety performance. Conduct onsite inspections to maintain visibility of progress, validate safety and installation standards, and foster strong site relationships. Manage project close‑out, including O&M documentation, STC/LGC requirements, invoicing, customer handover, and capturing lessons learned. About you Proven experience in project management or engineering, with strong capability to work independently, including in remote environments. Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field (preferred but not essential). Proven ability to manage third‑party contractors and drive safe, high‑quality delivery. Strong stakeholder and customer management skills, with clear and accurate communication and high attention to detail. Industry knowledge advantageous, including PV regulations, CEC accreditation, rooftop solar experience, familiarity with SMA/SolarEdge products, and systems such as NetSuite, Procore and CAD.
