As a Project Manager in the Energy Solution team, you’ll be at the forefront of this renewable energy revolution, orchestrating small to medium sized projects for our business customers that harness the power of the sun and sustainable technologies. From sealing the initial deal to celebrating the handover, you’ll be driving projects that reduce carbon footprints and create a more sustainable world.

What you’ll be doing:

• Establishing and sustaining a market leading position across Business Energy Solutions including virtual power plants, solar energy, lighting, PFC and energy storage services for the business sector in Australia
• Overseeing the Customer interface following handover from the Business Development Manager to ensure that AGL’s Customers receive the highest level of professionalism and consistent, authentic communication, and experience an exceptional customer experience.
• Ensuring that Energy Solutions projects are consistently delivered safely, within budget, on schedule and to quality specifications in accordance with Customer expectations by developing, maintaining and/or executing against project artifacts.
• Overseeing the safe and successful delivery of Energy Solutions projects from the point of sale to handover to both the Customer, and the Asset Management team, to create profitability for the business and great customer experiences.
• Maintaining excellent communication and stakeholder management to enable close working relationships with the internal Projects Team and Approvals Coordinators, Safety Managers, external approval entities and other internal and external stakeholders to successfully deliver energy solutions that meet Customer expectations.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, engineering, construction management or related discipline including demonstrated experience as a project management or project engineer.
• Experience working for a major industrial and commercial rooftop solar installation provider and knowledge of national and state regulations and guidelines in Electrical and PV industry will be highly regarded.
• Demonstrated ability to manage third party consultants, and contractors as well as attention to detail and the ability to present and communicate information clearly and accurately is essential.
• Knowledge of the software systems Energy Solutions uses to manage its business (NetSuite, Procore), Construction Induction Training, Working at Heights qualifications preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to a culture of health and safety, exceptional stakeholder management capability, including customer focus.
