We are looking for a governance specialist (m, f, d) as Project Manager AI Governance Aufgaben Development and monitoring of frameworks to ensure responsible, compliant, and ethical use of AI throughout the bank organization / Focus of responsibility on the key areas of further developing AI guidelines, further operationalizing AI governance, collaborating with working groups and stakeholders, conducting AI fairness audits, providing training on AI ethics, control of reporting / Further development and operationalization of AI frameworks, risk mitigation, and compliance with regulatory requirements while promoting trust in AI-driven initiatives within the bank / Ongoing collaboration with AI working groups to review governance guidelines for AI ethics, fairness, transparency, and disclosure / Operationalization of the AI governance framework across the entire lifecycle of use cases / Collaboration with control functions and stakeholders to integrate new AI practices / Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards through AI / Implementing methods for identifying and mitigating risks (content bias) in AI models / Conducting training to ensure responsible AI use within the bank / Monitoring AI governance KPIs, generating reports, and recommending policy optimizations / Observing market trends to stay ahead of the curve in AI. Qualifikation Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. in Economics, Business Informatics, or Engineering / CPA, CISA, CISSP, etc. as an advantage / Professional experience in a bank, one of the Big Four, or in banking consulting / In-depth knowledge of ethics, guidelines, and regulatory frameworks in the field of AI in banking / Experience in IT governance (centralized/decentralized), business risk management, data quality, or compliance related to AI / Familiarity with techniques for detecting bias and interpretability / Analytical personality with a team orientation / Experience with agile project management and cross-departmental collaboration / Positive, cooperative working style with colleagues and customer-oriented attitude / Ability to drive projects from concept to execution / Eloquent communicator / German and English.
