POSITION OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with expertise in managing AI-driven products, workflow automation, SaaS, ERP, and mobile application projects. The role focuses on delivering AI and automation-led solutions under demanding timelines while ensuring exceptional customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven track record in managing AI/Automation projects and complex software solutions.
• Strong knowledge of AI workflows, ML/AI integration, and automation platforms (n8n, Zapier, UiPath, Power Automate).
• Familiarity with modern development stacks: Python, PHP, Laravel, Node.js, CSS.
• Excellent project planning, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp.

  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

• Serve as the main contact for after-sales customers, managing needs with professionalism.
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of multiple projects across SDLC phases—planning, integration, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Leverage AI and workflow automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, UiPath, Power Automate) to optimize business processes.
• Communicate solution progress regularly to customers and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful and timely project delivery.
• Support engineering teams with requirements, design, development, and implementation.
• Participate in pre-sales, tenders, and commercial documentation (Proposals, Functional Requirements, Project Charters).
