Ensure the design related process control is in line with AL requirements. 職務内容 Main Accountabilities: Define process control loops on PFD/PID and participate in review and HAZOP studies. Define plant process control strategy & safety interlock systems. Issue alarm lists, control strategy, functional diagrams, and participate in DCS software FAT. Implement AL requirements on projects, including Trip abatement and Alarm management. Assist on APC system development and provide technical support to commissioning groups & CSG. Differentiating Criteria: Team Management: May be coaching other colleagues. Decision Making: Can make decisions in his/her area of responsibility; refers to Senior Colleague or Manager for complex issues. 職務内容（補足）/ 役割とKPI (Duties & KPIs) 1. Safety & Quality: Achieve Zero LTA/NLTA and ensure compliance with IMS requirements and Project Safety Plan. Maintain COPQ below 6.5% of P2 Contract Value and manage non-conformities. 2. Financial & Operative Effectiveness: Maintain project profit targets, positive cash flow, and timely payments. Meet project schedules and budget objectives while ensuring client satisfaction. Manage Change Orders (MoC), risks, and resource efficiency. 3. Development & Organization: Contribute to successful proposals and project improvements. Lead and motivate project team members, ensuring efficient communication and information sharing. 応募資格背景要件 (Background Requirements) Education & Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Automation, or Cryogenic relevant fields. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in process design and control, specifically within Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases of gas, chemical, or energy transition projects. Skills & Languages: Good knowledge of chemical industrial processes, instrumentation, and control machines. English: Fluent.
