We are seeking a Project Manager to lead multiple projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who can deliver projects on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage all phases of custom home and renovation projects from planning to completion. Develop and oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources. Collaborate with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment. Monitor progress and communicate regularly with clients and internal teams. Proactively identify risks and implement solutions to maintain project timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies. Lead team meetings and foster a collaborative work environment. Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field (asset). 5+ years of experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of residential construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
