JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee and drive projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in project management. This role requires effective communication, time management, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and close commercial and industrial construction projects on time and within budget.
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and scopes of work in coordination with stakeholders.
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, including procurement, permitting, submittals, and close-out.
- Communicate clearly with clients, consultants, site staff, and subcontractors.
- Track project costs, manage change orders, and ensure timely billing and reporting.
- Conduct project meetings and issue regular updates to clients and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Support the development and growth of internal processes and systems for scaling the business.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling software, and budgeting tools.
- Experience managing multiple subcontractors and construction teams.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and project management platforms (e.g., Procore).
- PMP or Gold Seal Certification is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle required.
