So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too Who you are: Lead/coordinate complex order projects and manages customer expectations with cross-functional persons, sales offices and customers around the world and with major impact on technology, organization/people, structures and processes in order to optimize performance and increase customer value/satisfaction by improving safety, quality, deliver and cost. About the job: Contract review of customer requirements (PS: compare with contract order engineer, it not only focus on technical specifications ) ; Cost analysis and quotation support; Managing contacts with international suppliers; Managing customer-specific heat exchange project orders effectively and updated, sales order, manufacturing order and purchase order, primarily PV, ASME, offshore and chemical processing; When necessary attend Kick off and bid clarification meetings to start with in China and later also in other parts of Asia; Participation in various development works; Monitor, document and report customer-specific heat exchange project status Preparing documentation, procedures, instructions, invoices related to contract orders; Drive projects and activities within the field, continuously improve our contract order process and tools; CI culture What you know: Generic: An excellent knowledge of English; Good PC application skill in MS Office; Fair knowledge and operation on ERP system; Be open and communicative; Take initiative and see opportunities; Good information gathering and analysis skill; Customer service orientation; Able to work and travel worldwide Project Management: Knowledge how to run projects to success; Leadership and management skills; Be a result driven leader and drive result through people; Negotiation skills; Multi cultural skills; Work highly independent and stress tolerance Core competence area Familiar with products, manufacturing processes and supply chain; Familiar with PV, ASME, PED code Able to guide others running sub-project orders or independent project orders. Qualification(Education/Certification/Working experience)资格(教育/认证/工作经验): Engineering education background at university level or equal is a must; Specialty of mechanical engineering or similar educational background is a plus; At least 5 years marketing/CS experience in foreign enterprises is a must; At least 2 years project management experience is a plus; Lean Six Sigma GB/ BB certificate is an advantage; Automation background or industry 4.0 experience is a plus.
