So, as we shape a more resourceful, less wasteful world, we build our careers too Who you are: This person will exclusively manage Pharma projects in accordance with Alfa Laval’s project methodology to support Alfa Lava’s ambition on growing the business. This person needs to be able to quickly build fruitful relevant networks inside and outside the organization and dare to take initiatives to exceed expectations and achieve results. About the job: Set up the Pharma project management office framework. Train organization in the use of relevant project manufacturing practice, including Pharma Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). Participating in the relevant global projects network. Support the business by initiating and executing agreed projects. Be on site, wherever the project is to support the implementation. Optimize our current factories to support the Pharma journey via Lean principles as per Pharma framework and guidelines. Initiate, run and complete projects, by having overview, engagement, keeping timeline and reporting to Steco. Execute Pharma projects in Operations as dictated roadmap, such as supply chain projects, develop operation processes, Coach other resources in Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) & Project Management. Manage project on time, on specification and on budget. Formulate a project plan, manage and monitor the scope, schedule, cost, and quality of the project to ensure the success of the project through strong leadership. Work with cross functions and make risk assessments. Stakeholder management and communication. What you know: English fluent in speaking and writing Pharma GMP practical experience is a plus Bachelor of engineering or equivalent experience 5 years of project management experience Good cross-function communication skill Result-oriented, self-motivated, energetic, driven person with a positive attitude which also affects people in a positive way Able to handle complexity of the project Experience from improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
