In this role, you will lead and deliver a diverse portfolio of projects across Oil & Gas, Pipelines, and Renewable Energy sectors. This is a dynamic and high-visibility position where you will play a key role in client engagement, project execution, and strategic growth. You’ll be at the forefront of expanding Global Raymac’s presence while contributing to innovative solutions in the geomatics space. As a Project Manager, you will: * Lead the full lifecycle of major projects, including scope, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation * Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations * Navigate and apply AER and/or BCER regulatory frameworks with confidence * Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth * Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiency, innovation, and continuous improvement * Support and influence the development and integration of new technologies * Provide mentorship and leadership to team members, contributing to a strong and capable workforce * This role offers a pathway to operational leadership as this sector continues to grow What You Bring * ALS or BCLS designation (required) * Degree in Geomatics Engineering or a Technical Diploma from a recognized institution * 3+ years of experience in the energy sector, with knowledge of AER and/or BCER processes * Proven ability to lead projects, make decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment * Strong understanding of business principles and how to apply them to project delivery * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset * Demonstrated success in managing multiple priorities and deadlines * Proficiency with survey equipment, software, and modern technologies Build Something Bigger At Global Raymac, your work directly contributes to projects that power communities and drive progress.
